Contract Information

We offer two types of membership contracts:
pay monthly and pay upfront.

Pay Monthly Contract:

  • Automatic monthly payments

  • Minimum commitment periods: 2 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

  • If you decide to end your contract before the minimum commitment period is over, there will be a cancellation fee (this fee is outlined in the terms and conditions). If you want to cancel your contract after the minimum commitment period is over, you must give us 30 days notice.

  • Pay Monthly contracts do not have a fixed end date and will automatically renew at the same price until you give notice that you want to end your contract.

Pay Upfront Contract:

  • Offers the best value for money by paying a single fee upfront for a longer period of time.

  • Upfront contracts cannot be ended before their expiration date.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If you want to renew your contract, you must let us know at least a month before the contract ends .
